MARYLAND VAN COUNCIL

The Maryland Van Council (MVC) is an organization created to bring established van clubs together to promote rapport, sharing of common interests, discussion of mutual concerns and the general promotion of Vanning in the communities in which we come in contact with through neighborly interchange. The Mission of the Maryland Van Council (MVC) shall be established as a council of Van Clubs, SUV/4x4 Club, Social Clubs, and Independents. All joined together to preserve, experience and teach happiness and fellowship through Vanning and Camping.

We shall be governed by our actions to promote a favorable relationship with the general public by:

· Helping individuals find, follow, and harness their passions

· Pursue outstanding ideas by leveraging each others talents, strengths, networks and resources

· Leave an outstanding positive heart print through the lives we touch with our efforts

· Help others start their own Outstanding Clubs.

The MVC reaches hundreds of Vanners and their Families yearly, by providing a truck in. Families are allowed to spend a weekend with games, food and social events.

I am requesting donations of supplies that can be used in the vehicles or for personal usage of the members. These items from your business if you consider such request will provide awareness and the opportunity for Vanners to use the product prior to purchase. We are hosting our annual truck in on June 11-13, 2010 at G&R Campground in Houston Delaware (flyer enclosed) and would like to create gift bags for approximately 300 participants.
